I placed my order over the phone and told them that I would like a container garden for a funeral and would like to spend between $50 and $60. I can only believe that since I was calling from another state they did not expect me to be at the funeral because the basket that was there didn't look like it was worth $25 and I was charged $60 plus tax. After complaining to them the next day, I was told "we did the best we could". Even though this shop is in my hometown, I will never give them any of my future business.
Terrible! I tried to call in a $50 order for my sister's funeral. The lady on the phone started out the call by making me feel like I was a burden to her! I asked for white flowers for a sympathy arrangement and she said she didn't have many flowers left as she was putting together other arrangements. She said, "This came up all of sudden; what am I supposed to do?" I told her she could cancel the order, then she started arguing, saying I didn't have to be that way, she was trying to work with me, and that I wouldn't find another shop that could get the flowers to where I wanted them to go. And then she said, "I'm not going to be here all day, either."!! What?? I cancelled the order. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I gave it one star is because it wouldn't let me post this review without it.
